LACROSSE CAMP
Lacrosse runs from June 13 to June 16 | $300
The camp will run from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 30 kids maximum. Campers bring their own lunch/sports drinks provided.
DISCOUNT AVAILABLE—Two or more sign-ups together (siblings, friends, or teammates) are only $250 each.
Matt Salvatoriello is the Head Coach & Lacrosse Program Director at Westminster Academy. He was a high school All-American player and Salve Regina University All-Time Leading Scorer. Coach Salvatoriello has over 20 years of experience as a youth and high school coach.
Kevin Finneran is an 8-time World Champion player and was inducted into the National Lacrosse League Hall of Fame in 2021. Coach Finneran has over 25 years as a youth coach.
The Camp has a typical daily schedule consisting of the following:
- 10:00 Welcome/daily goals/guest coaches/questions/stretch
- 10:15 Stick drills
- 10:25 Group stations (shooting/crease work/defensive checks/ground balls/dodging/cutting/stick protection) rotate every 10 minutes
- 11:20 Guest Speaker
- 11:30 Unsettled situations
- Noon Lunch/trivia/contests/POOL, BEACH!
- 1:00 Stretch/3 man weave
- 1:20 Fast Breaks…Coaches demonstrate first, then reps in groups.
- 1:40 Numbers Drill/Faceoff competition
- 2:05 Water Break/Chalk talk
- 2:20 1 on 1’s, 2 on 2’s, 3 on 3’s
- 3:00 Camper of the day/tomorrow’s goals
