SUMMER FUN IN A CARING, CHRIST-CENTERED ENVIRONMENT!

SOCCER CAMP

Westminster Academy’s Summer Soccer Camp provides a positive training environment for all players ages 8-17. Athletes will be grouped according to their age and ability so they can receive the proper technical and tactical instruction. The camp will utilize individual, small group, and team settings to help each athlete improve his or her skills.

The camp will cover the following areas:

  • Proper footwork, first touch, passing, trapping, heading, and shooting
  • Learn many defensive shapes and attacking schemes, techniques, and strategies
  • Competitive games

Coach Chris Lamarre is currently the Head Varsity Men’s Soccer Coach and Program Director at WA. Coach Lamarre played collegiately at the Division 1 level at Florida International University (FIU) from 2009 to 2012.

Since then, Coach Lamarre has coached at the Division 2 College level as an Assistant coach for the Nova Southeastern Men’s soccer program and has also coached a variety of clubs in South Florida, including most recently at Weston FC.

In his three seasons coaching the program Coach Lamarre has helped the Westminster Academy Varsity Men’s soccer team win three consecutive District Titles and has had record-breaking program years the past two seasons.

Coach Lamarre holds his USSF C License and NSCAA National Diploma.

Coach Lamarre will be assisted by WA Ladies’ Head Soccer Coach Caue Rodrigues, along with current WA Soccer players.

  • Session I runs from June 20 to June 24 | $175
  • Session II runs from July 25 to July 29 | $175

Both sessions will run from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
