The Elementary Camp is an activities-based camp for children who will be entering kindergarten through sixth grade in the fall following camp. We have a wonderful staff that will provide your child with a safe environment and fun-filled summer.
This year, Elementary Camp will be powered by Booster. Booster runs our annual Boosterthon program, and we’re excited for Booster to host our on-site Elementary Camp experience this summer.

Camp WA Carline Times:
ALL campers should exit their cars on the side of the main buildings onto the sidewalk. Please do not let anyone exit the car from the other side into the other lane of traffic. Your child will be greeted by a staff member and escorted to the adjoining picnic tables. When their fellow campers arrive they will go with their counselors to begin their first day of a camp.
Afternoon pick-up starts at 3:00 p.m. We provide aftercare from 3:00 p.m. through 5:30 p.m. and the pickup will be in the Lower School Media Center for the elementary camp and the early childhood area at Coral Ridge for the preschool camp.
Aftercare is available for elementary camp from 3:30 p.m. through 5:30 p.m. for $25 per day $100 per week.
Yes, a $100 deposit per camper is required to reserve your spot. This will be credited to your preschool camp payment.
Campers should wear a swimsuit with a t-shirt and shoes each day before swimming (girls should also wear shorts and a t-shirt over their suit). shorts, t-shirts (appropriate logos please), sneakers and socks to camp. Flip-flops or sandals are not allowed. Keep it simple. This is camp. They will get dirty. Each camper will receive a Camp t-shirt that must be worn on field trip days. Additional shirts may be purchased for $10.00 each. Please put your child’s name on everything, especially towels, socks, and goggles. If marked items are lost we can identify them and return them to you. By the end of the summer, the camp office will be the proud owner of lots of socks, towels, and t-shirts that are not labeled.
Please put sunscreen on your child before he/she arrives at camp. We will reapply sunscreen as needed throughout the day.
A camper should pack a LIGHT bag each morning. Campers should bring a packed lunch as well as extra snacks if needed. Campers need only to bring a bathing suit and a bath-sized towel every day! Swim goggles are an accepted addition to kids with chlorine sensitive eyes and some children will want a sweatshirt if they get cold in the rooms or at the Wednesday movie.
Money, toys, and electronic devices are best left at home. We will provide all necessary equipment and supplies and shall not be held responsible for lost items.
Each child is required to pack his or her own lunch as well as extra snacks if needed. We offer lunch each week at the cost of $50 per week or $12 daily.
Please pack your child a morning and afternoon snack.
Please keep your child at home for 24 hours after a fever goes down or if they complain of a stomachache, earache or a headache. From experience, we have found you will soon be back to pick them up. It is better to be overly cautious than to risk exposing the rest of the staff and the children to contagious sickness.
We are equipped to deal with minor cuts, scratches, abrasions, etc. EMS is located nearby and will be called immediately in the event of a more serious injury.
All groups will be swimming 5 days a week and have water slides on Wednesdays and Fridays. We offer a swim club after camp for an additional fee. To sign up for this you can call Coach Sam at 954.401.4841. Each child will be evaluated on his or her swimming abilities and certain limitations to the big pool will be assessed on an individual basis. Goggles will not be provided.
If at any time during the day while the camp is in session you need to call for an emergency, please contact Chris Barbar at 561.613.3759.
