Camp Location and Facility
Baseball Camp will take place at Westminster Academy’s state-of-the-art west campus Athletic Complex located at 3701 NW 44 Street, Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. This baseball facility is widely considered to be one of the top high school baseball facilities in the nation. It offers two high school fields, six full batting cages, and three professional bullpen mounds, along with a locker room and clubhouse.

Staff
The WA Baseball camp will be run by Head WA Baseball Coach Ernie Gonzalez. Coach Gonzalez has been coaching baseball in South Florida for close to 20 years. He was selected to coach the Dade County All-Star team during the 2010 season and also coached the USA Baseball South Florida NTIS 14U team during the summer trials in 2013. He was recently named the Broward County Coach of the Year for the 2023 season, leading the Lions to their first state final 4 appearance in 23 years. Coach Gonzalez is also heavily involved in youth baseball throughout the community. He has assisted many players throughout their development process, leading them to play collegiate baseball.
Coach Gonzalez will be assisted by other WA Baseball coaches and current WA Baseball players.
Sessions will run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
